I'm not trying to be provocative - this blog isn't intended to be about "Me Too" or even about sexual harassment - both are HUGELY important conversations that I wouldn't attempt to diminish to the length of a blog. My point here is that I agree: high-level assistants are often enablers. I know that I'm a "nurturer", which is really just a label I'm more comfortable with than "enabler".
Whether or not you've worked for an UHNWI (it's in the article), I'd venture to say that you'll find some kernels of commonality in this article.
